Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on Garaz or by using the service provided at this domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Garaz provides software that helps mechanic shops track vehicles through repair workflows, including intake, inspection, status updates, and customer communication via SMS, Viber, and email.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or regulation.
• Abuse, harass, or defame any person via messages sent through the service.
• Interfere with the service's operation (denial-of-service, brute force, scraping).
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the service's source code.

5. Subscription and payment

Garaz offers different subscription plans (Solo, Team, and Dealership), each with a different mechanic limit. Billing is based on the selected plan.

6. Data processing

When you enter customer or vehicle data into the service, you are the data controller and Garaz is the data processor. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The Garaz software, brand, and content are the property of Garaz. Your content (customer data you enter) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in ways that harm the service or other users.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garaz's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
